The Class 120 is considered one of the forerunners of all modern electric locomotives on the DB. The first pre-production models were built in 1979 and she was billed as the successor to the legendary series 103.
The production of the actual series began in 1984, and until 1989, a total of 65 were built and put into service. With a top speed of 200 km/h, it was an enrichment to the modern demands for a fast train service. Even today, the red livery locomotive runs in traffic on German tracks. Inevitably, this loco is equipped with a new cab and authentic soundfiles. For the activities there are Eurofima wagons included. These wagons, used by many European Railroad companies, are included with the oriental-red, traffic-red and the actual InterCity-version. There are many fascinating scenarios included for the German RailWorks 2 routes. This add-on to RailWorks 2 Train Simulator makes play more fun.
