All orders are legally binding placed in our web-shop, received by e-mail, or by a letter.
Aerosoft USA reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
Opened boxes oblige customer to buy the product with the exception of evidently defective articles.
Product exchange is possible within 14 days after receiving. Problems of defective software have to be reported immediately to Aerosoft USA.
We only accept returns with a RMA number. The number will be issued by calling Aerosoft USA at 781- 636 0366 or by e-mail to usa@aerosoft.com.
Aerosoft USA is not liable for any damages on customer’s PC, hardware or data using the software, programs or hardware.
A sales tax of 6.25 % is applicable for all purchases with a shipping address in Massachusetts.

Return Policy
Customer has the right to withdraw his order by returning the product within two (2) weeks after purchase and proof of purchase like order number. Aerosoft USA, Inc. doesn’t accept opened or damaged boxes. We only accept pre-paid shipments.
