Autobahn Police Simulator 2 - Update V1.0.13

The Autobahn Police Simulator 2 has been updated to version V1.0.13. Following changes have been made:

  • Chaos: Capped max chaos given when colliding with other cars to 70%
  • Chaos: Chaos is no longer disabled after teleportation
  • Navigation: Improved navigation graph coverage, giving better navigation path results in lots of cases
  • Performance: Improved AI simulation logic
  • Physics: Disabled transform auto sync for a slight performance boost
  • Vehicles: Fixed driverless cars appearing during longer sessions
  • Vehicles: Improved positioning of rear light emitters of the Bear Baranga
  • Vehicles: Fixed case where the players vehicles wouldn't properly reset to their parking lots after loading a savegame
  • Vehicles: Restored mirror rendering
  • Vehicles: Removed cause for license plates not being replaced correctly when re-spawning a vehicle from the pool
  • Vehicles: Brake and rear driving lights on unit vehicle and van do work now properly
  • AI: Removed one-off error causing occasional AI simulation lock-ups
  • AI: Cars no longer accidentially spawn in "parking" state on highway
  • Accidents: Objects can't be picked up simultaneously any longer
  • Cameras: Improved player camera clipping and collision avoidance
  • Cameras: Player camera now correctly chooses inside/outside mode after loading a save
  • Characters: Added new available clothin, i.a. merry bag caps
  • Characters: Fixed regression on player beards not having emotion expressions
  • Chases: Chased vehicle now properly despawns after arresting the driver
  • Companion: Added patch code to fix missing Hans as a companion during free play in existing savegames
  • Cutscenes: Revoked player control during several cutscenes
  • Cutscenes: Fixed several cases where some NPCs couldn't talk in dialogues after participating in a cutscene
  • M12: Improved traffic cone positioning to avoid AI not recognizing closed lane properly
  • M13: Knocking SFX can now be heard
  • M15: Fixed some gameplay triggers not only reacting to the player or player vehicle, which threw off mission logic in some cases
  • M16: Arrival trigger now only reacts to the player vehicle and not NPC vehicles anymore, potentially starting the convoy early
  • M18: Timer is now correctly stopping when arriving, not ticking down during the cutscene anymore
  • M06: Gave voice to the NPC during interrogation
  • M19: Improved cleanup after cancelling mission resulting in wrong companion
  • M20: Restored Hans as companion after finishing the mission
  • M21: Improved cleanup after cancelling mission resulting in wrong companion
  • A04: Fixed task resolution during talk to driver
  • A06: Put flying character to ground
  • A07: Improved cleanup when cancelling mission
  • A14: Added new texts for part II
  • A14: Added target marker to find companion
  • Performance: Optimized some initialization routines to reduce lags
  • Performance: Removed a waiting condition in parallel AI code to lock up AI processing, resulting in occassional half-second lags
  • Performance: Reduced number of recomputations required during AI simulation
  • Performance: Split up a large background job into multiple smaller jobs to improve throughput
  • Radio: Trash missions can now be accepted
  • Radio: Influence points are now only given when actively changing to the right radio state
  • Traffic Control: Removed loophole allowing you to enter car during control
  • Traffic Control: Saving no longer allowed after requesting a vehicle to stop to prevent broken savegames
  • Traffic Control: Name mismatch on driving license and registration certificate no longer requires to call out a warning
  • Traffic Control: Restored notebook availability during paper control
  • Traffic Control: Mismatching photo on driving license now warrants an arrest
  • Traffic Control: Wrong driving class on driving license now warrants an arrest
  • Traffic Control: Switching through trunk objects is now also possible with keyboard keys
  • Traffic Control: Same drug quiz answers no longer appear twice
  • Traffic Control: Captives no longer float on their chairs in the interrogation room
  • UI: Vignette and notification for chaos don't vanish anymore after opening the pause menu
  • UI: Added help menu
  • UI: Changed map icons style to pins to improve representation of true position
  • UI: Radio calls can no longer be accepted from the pause menu
  • UI: Improved gamepad control for sliders and scrolling
  • World: Removed despawners placed at stadium exit crossing
  • World: Made some world barriers open for AI vehicles
  • World: Fixed dog food cans stacking up in the stations walls after loading a save
  • World: Added cutscene when shopping for donuts
  • World: Fixed several level design issues
  • Firefly Trooper: Improved trunk contents
  • Input: Added separate steer and camera sensitivity settings
  • Logging Truck: Fixed lights
  • Audio: Ambient SFX improvements
  • Localization: Added translations for paddle inputs
  • Shooting range: Improved QTE failure
  • Shooting range: Doors now block the player
  • Tech: Fixed people at coffee maker
  • QTEs: Reduced sensitivity of some quick time actions for better usability
