Returns

You would like to return your order to us?

You can return physical items purchased from Aerosoft within 14 days after receipt. Opened software, DVD’s and Blu-Rays are excluded. Please notice our revocation right.

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:

  1. Prior to arrange a return shipment, please contact our support first: support@aerosoft.com. Many problems can be solved that way already, so a return is not necessary.
  2. Make sure, that you have purchased your product(s) directly from Aerosoft! Only items purchased directly from Aerosoft are accepted to be returned! Otherwise your return shipment will be refused and sent back! In case of you bought the product(s) from anywhere else, please contact the convenient supplier.
  3. Before returning your package, please contact our customer service at  info@aerosoft.com. Name the item you want to return as well as the reason. After that you will get your RMA number.
  4. Please print our return document, fill it out completely and add it to your return shipment.
  5. On the return document you will find step-by-step instructions how to proceed.
  6. You will have to bear the shipping costs for the return shipment.
  7. After receipt and successful inspection of your return, you will of course receive a refund!

If you want to return hardware please note the following:

  • Please do not stick shipping labels directly on the hardware packaging.
  • The hardware should be packed in stable packages to avoid transport damages.
  • Make sure, that you return the complete product including all cables, screws and accessories.
  • If one of these three points is not fulfilled, we can’t accept the return
