EmergencyDispatcherPro for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is an advanced mission and operations add-on designed to transform your flight experience into a fully dynamic emergency response simulation. Developed by Miravia Softworks, the software bridges the gap between free-flight and structured mission gameplay by introducing a professional-grade dispatch system tailored for sim pilots who want purpose, realism, and challenge.
KEY FEATURES
Dynamic Emergency Missions
EmergencyDispatcherPro generates a wide variety of mission types in real time, including medical evacuations (MEDEVAC), search and rescue (SAR), law enforcement operations. Each mission is dynamically created based on location, duration, and equipment preferences, ensuring no two scenarios feel the same.
Intelligent Dispatch System
At the core of the add-on is a realistic dispatcher interface that assigns missions, tracks your progress in fight, and reacts to your actions. The system simulates real-world emergency coordination, giving you clear objectives, situational updates, and operational pressure – just like in real aviation environments. It also includes voice callouts that react to evolving mission scenarios, further enhancing immersion and situational awareness.
Aircraft Compatibility
The add-on works with a wide range of aircraft types – including helicopters, turboprops, and jets – allowing you to tailor missions to your preferred style of flying. Helicopter pilots, in particular, will appreciate the detailed SAR and rescue scenarios.
Where you can launch from
Explore United States Coast Guard operating regions across the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Mission Performance Tracking
A built-in scoring system allows you to review and track your performance after each mission. Key aspects such as response time, operational accuracy, and overall mission efficiency are evaluated, giving you clear feedback on your flight performance and enabling continuous self-improvement.
Immersive Audio & Situational Feedback
Audio cues, mission updates, and dispatcher communications enhance immersion and help you stay focused during critical phases of your mission.
Integrated Mission Control Interface
EmergencyDispatcherPro comes with its own MSFS 2024 EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) App that serves as the primary pilot interface for mission management and situational awareness.
The EFB App operates as an in-sim control panel for you next rescue mission:
- Mission briefing and generation interface
- Real-time objective tracking and status updates
- Navigation support (waypoints, target zones, mission overlays)
- Dispatcher communication display (text/audio-linked events)
- Patient care interaction
- Navigraph integration for base enroute maps
- No need for clicking out of the Simulator, especially helpful if using VR
Integrated Patient State Simulation
EmergencyDispatcherPro introduces a modular patient simulation layer designed to enhance realism in medical and rescue missions. Each mission involving casualties is backed by a simplified but state-driven physiological model.
Key characteristics include:
- Dynamic condition states (e.g., stable, critical, deteriorating)
- Time-dependent progression, influenced by mission duration and pilot response time
- Contextual triggers, such as environmental exposure, delay in pickup, or transport conditions
Beyond these core mechanics, the system simulates a highly detailed medical framework, including a full skeletal model covering all 206 human bones, enabling a never-before-seen mission variability. Users can also influence treatment indirectly through controlled medication administration, with each intervention affecting the patient’s state in real time. Tested by real-world MDs, firefighters, and paramedics/nurses to try and shape the simulation as close as possible to “Real”.

VERSION 1.0.3
This update focuses heavily on performance, map stability, EFB and care syncing, medical scoring, and mission cleanup.
ADDED
- Alternate Map Display
- Added an Alternate Map Display option in Advanced Settings.
- This is intended for users who experience map/WebView instability, blank maps, or performance issues related to GPU or CPU bottlenecks.
- This may help especially with lower-tier AMD cards, systems struggling with WebView or map rendering, and users seeing blank or stalled desktop maps.
- Stronger EFB Patient-Care Syncing
- Multi-patient care updates should now stay current more reliably.
- The EFB should also recover better after connection hiccups or temporary update drops.
- Clearer Medical Debrief Explanations
- Medical debriefs now better explain why a care score was reduced or failed.
- Debriefs can now include clearer details such as medication names, crew rescue actions, worst relevant vitals, and why a patient-care penalty happened.
- Safer Support-Helicopter Handling
- Support helicopters should now spawn, position, follow, and clean up more reliably around mission scenes.
CHANGED
- Advanced Medical Care Defaults Off
- Advanced Medical Care now defaults to OFF on first install.
- If you turn it on, EDPro will remember that choice after restart.
- Mission Map Updates Are Less Disruptive
- Map updates should now be smoother.
- Markers, routes, search areas, and objectives update in place more often instead of forcing frequent full map reloads.
- EFB Care Updates Are Lighter
- EFB care updates are now lighter and more reliable, especially during active care, multi-patient incidents, and rapid care or status changes.
- Care Recommendations Better Match Scoring
- Patient-care recommendations should now better align with scoring.
- If EDPro recommends an action, using that action should not be treated as poor care unless the patient actually worsens afterward.
- Medication Scoring Reworked
- Medication scoring now better separates clinical risk from true collapse or rescue situations.
- Repeat opioids or sedatives may reduce monitoring or intervention points if the patient worsens, but they should not automatically zero the medical score unless there is an actual arrest, a true crew rescue, or no meaningful care provided.
- Hypothermia Scoring Improved
- Hypothermia care now respects realistic warming time.
- Correct warming actions should not be penalized just because the patient’s temperature cannot rise instantly.
- Door-Open Exposure Refined
- Door-open exposure scoring now focuses on meaningful patient exposure during flight conditions.
- Brief door openings, low-speed movement, or hover movement should no longer be treated as major exposure events.
- SAR Guidance Clarified
- Search and rescue guidance has been clarified around hoisting, swimmer deployment, and when landing or loading is still appropriate.
- Tactical / SAR Penalty Tuning
- Tactical missions now fully refuse tactical penalties, such as low-and-fast or low-altitude warnings. These still apply to patient and survivor missions.
- This includes missions like BlackJack, Interdiction, and Vessel Seizure.
- Helicopter tactical bank tolerance has also been increased to 35 degrees.
- SAR missions should also be less likely to penalize low or fast search behavior when you are actively operating inside the search scene.
- Performance Improvements
- General backend performance and stability tweaks were made across the app.
FIXED
- UI / Messaging
- Fixed ambiguous loading messages.
- Fixed EFB quick-data flickering, including HR, SpO₂, RR, tabs, and patient status.
- Map / WebView
- Fixed map/WebView instability that could leave the desktop map blank or stalled while other systems kept running.
- Fixed breadcrumbs disappearing after choosing a hoist method.
- Fixed desktop map instability during heavier mission conditions.
- EFB / Patient Care
- Fixed EFB patient-care update dropouts caused by oversized or repeated care payloads.
- Fixed active-patient cleanup and clamping issues.
- Fixed patient and vitals cleanup issues.
- Fixed care updates dropping during multi-patient incidents.
- Medical Scoring
- Fixed medical-score hard failures caused by medication-risk flags alone.
- Fixed recommended care, such as recommended antiemetics, being scored negatively when used appropriately.
- Fixed patients failing or triggering rescue too quickly after loading before the user had a reasonable chance to respond.
- True arrest or unmistakable crew-rescue situations can still trigger appropriately.
- Fixed realistic slow rewarming being treated as poor hypothermia care.
- Fixed short door-open moments being scored as meaningful patient exposure.
- Freefall / Hoist / SAR
- Fixed freefall swimmer deployment scoring.
- Unsafe freefall should now be penalized when actually used incorrectly, especially at night or in poor weather.
- Fixed odd H145 hoist behavior, including overly long hoisting patterns.
- Fixed larger search-area scene spawning so targets and support scenes appear more reliably.
- Fixed support assets not always cleaning up or positioning correctly.
- Mission / Route / Plans
- Fixed saved-plan branch resolution issues.
- Fixed edge case where overdue to distress mutation could break loading compatibility helicopter/fixed wing
- Fixed edge case where mission vessels with more than one lifeboat would trigger the lifeboat wander to incorrectly fire
- Fixed edge case where
- Fixed invalid fixed-wing and base plan combinations.
- Fixed some runtime breakage caused by intensive conditions in the external app.
- Voice Commands
- Fixed an edge case where voice commands could fail if English speech data packs were not installed in Windows.
- EDPro now shows a warning message when this is detected.
- A Language Settings option is now available so users can install the required English data pack.
