Hamburg is calling and The Bus is ready to go!
With this add-on Hamburg City, you'll experience the Hanseatic city from the perspective of a bus driver. Two varied lines take you through leafy residential neighborhoods, lively city streets, and past world-famous landmarks – right into the heart of one of Germany’s most beautiful cities.

Different routes, different vibes – an authentic Hamburg experience.
Line 6 takes you from the leafy Borgweg underground station through the bustling city center to the impressive Speicherstadt, a UNESCO World Heritage Site rich in historical charm.

Line 17 starts at the lively Feldstraße station, runs through Winterhude, and ends at Barmbek Station. For part of the way, it runs parallel to Line 6 – two paths crossing but each with its own story. In a later update, Line 17 will be extended all the way to Berne Station in northeast Hamburg.

The upcoming Line 7 will run from Barmbek to Steilshoop, passing residential areas, commercial zones, and high-rise estates.

Future Line 277 will partially share the route with Line 7 before veering west. There, it will travel past single and multi-family homes as well as through commercial zones. Another branch of Line 277 will lead to the Alsterdorf Depot, where players can start their shift from the operations yard.

City, water, history – each route shows a new side of Hamburg.
Line 6 begins at the quiet Borgweg, close to the city park. It runs through elegant Winterhude, then on to Hamburg Central Station. From Speersort, it heads into the Speicherstadt, where it ends near the famous Miniatur Wunderland, before returning via an alternative route.

In contrast, Line 17 shows Hamburg’s urban face – from the hub of Barmbek, through Winterhude, to the lively St. Pauli district, passing the Reeperbahn and Millerntor Stadium. Its final stop: Feldstraße, located right next to the iconic green-roofed bunker.

And the best part? More routes are already in the works!
First up, Line 7 will expand the network northwards. Then comes Line 277, also heading north. A branch will lead to the Alsterdorf Depot. Lastly, Line 17 will be extended from Barmbek to Berne, in several phases.

Hamburg’s skyline – closer than ever.
Over 250 highly detailed 3D models have been specially created for this add-on: historic warehouse buildings, modern offices, bridges, stations. Even from afar, you'll recognize famous landmarks – the TV tower, the Spiegel building, the Elbphilharmonie, and more.

An add-on that captures the spirit of Hamburg.
In addition to the new models, around 350 more buildings from The Bus’s expanded building tool have been added, customized with Hamburg-specific details. Facades, windows, doors – it all feels familiar.

You’ll find special moments around every corner: underground trains crossing your path, S-Bahn trains in Barmbek, long-distance trains rushing through the central station, and harbor boats inviting you for a canal cruise.

And along the streets? Red trash bins with northern German humor and classic bike sheds in Uhlenhorst.

Bridges, stops, and Hamburg precision.
Over 40 bridges connect the routes – each one a distinctive structure.
And each stop is individually crafted, modeled after the real thing: authentic shelters, stop signs, ticket machines, and digital passenger information displays (DFIs).
