FlyJSim continues their commitment to delivering high quality aircraft for X-Plane. The 732 TwinJet Professional is modeled after the 737-200 Advanced, powered by JT8D-15A engines, and features a custom Sperry SP-77 Autopilot.
Version 4 is a full X-Plane 12 update – rebuilt flight dynamics, overhauled systems, and the deepest, most complete version of this aircraft ever shipped.
WHAT'S NEW IN V4
- Revamped Sperry SP-77 Autopilot with Authentic and Assisted modes. Authentic mode (default) uses TURB instead of IAS and does not automatically level off at cruise altitude – true to the real aircraft. Assisted mode restores IAS and automatic altitude level-off for pilots who prefer a more guided experience.
- Custom UNS-1 FMS retrofit, linked to the autopilot like in real life, with full procedures (including RNAV approach) capability (VOR-to-VOR-only mode still available).
- MFD-640 multifunction display, for weather radar display in VOR-to-VOR mode, and route & terrain display with the FMS retrofit.

For beginners: Get acquainted with one of the most iconic airliners ever built. The 732 TwinJet ships with easy-to-use checklists and assisted mode for the SP-77 autopilot. Sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of a fully modeled cabin.
For modern pilots: Use the UNS-1 FMS retrofit to fly full procedures, including RNAV and LPV approaches, the way the 737-200 is used in remote landscapes today.
For advanced pilots: Navigate the way the real crews did – VOR-to-VOR, chasing ADF needles, gauging DME distances, and riding the glide slope in. The systems depth is there when you want it.
For veterans: Control Wheel Steering and the authentic characteristics of the SP-77 autopilot are modeled with genuine fidelity. Pair the custom failure system with faithful systems modeling and no two flights will feel the same. From the bleed air cross-start to a dark and stormy approach, this aircraft will keep you working.
TRUE-TO-LIFE EXTERIOR
Hand-placed rivets, accurate surface bumps, and full PBR reflections give the 732 a presence on the ramp that has to be seen at dawn and dusk. Every exterior control surface is animated accurately to real-world behavior, driven smoothly even in replay. Lighting is modeled from real 737 data – landing, taxi, turnoff, strobe, beacon, nav, wing, and logo lights at accurate angles and intensities. Wing flex included, because of course.
IMMERSIVE INTERIOR
A fully interactive, dynamically lit cabin with detailed seats, adjustable lighting, animated doors and air-stairs, movable window blinds, and baggage compartments you could get lost in. Step up the air-stairs and feel like you actually work here.
The cockpit sets the standard. All cockpit lights are individually controllable – indirect panel lighting, storm lights under the glareshield, center console light, dome light, and two map lights. Light spills realistically from annunciators onto nearby switches. Over 300 lights fade in and out like real incandescent bulbs. Flying this aircraft at night is something else.
Manipulators are precise and intuitive. Mousewheel support on every knob you want it on. Dial in headings, courses, altitudes, and radios cleanly – even while flying online.

MAINTENANCE SYSTEM
An optional persistent maintenance and failure system means you're never flying a brand-new aircraft twice. Every flight wears your engines, APU, generators, and airframe. Your technique matters. Abuse the thrust and it shows up later. Failures are earned, not random – which makes them sting in the best way.
CUSTOM REPLAY SYSTEM
The FlyJSim custom replay system captures far more parameters than X-Plane's native replay – exterior control surfaces in accurate motion, instrument needles, switches, guards, and levers all faithfully recorded even after engine shutdown. Review your approach or just watch the aircraft breathe on the ramp after a long flight.
