Welcome to Lisbon Airport, officially known as Humberto Delgado Airport and commonly called after its previous name (Portela Airport), is the major aviation hub of Portugal, the 12th largest airport as of 2023 in Europe in terms of passenger volume.

Humberto Delgado International airport, also known as Lisbon airport, features 2 terminal buildings and a single runway with an interesting cross/X airport layout and one of the only European airports with an approach path directly over the city. It is the main European hub to Brazil, the largest European Star Alliance hub to South America and also an important European hub to Africa, TAP Portugal. Lisbon lies along the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the city is a unique assemblage of colors, mixed cultures, and impressive landmarks, but also sandy beaches.
